All participants must wear a helmet and follow the rules of the road, including stopping at all stop signs and red lights.
About this event
As the sun rises over the picturesque landscape of Blue Mounds on Sept. 1, cyclists will gather at Brigham County Park for the start of the 2024 Wright Stuff Century. Set against the backdrop of the scenic driftless region, this annual event promises a day of exhilarating adventure and breathtaking vistas. Participants can choose from three routes that will wind through rolling hills, scenic climbs, and lush valleys. The journey includes architectural marvels, including Frank Lloyd Wright's iconic Taliesin and the serene Unity Chapel, serving as reminders of the region's rich cultural heritage. Along the way, riders are supported by a dedicated team offering limited SAG support and well-stocked rest stops, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. As the miles unfold, you'll be treated to sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, each pedal stroke bringing you closer to the finish line and Brigham Park where you'll refuel with in a well-deserved meal and beverages. Cost:
- May 1 to June 30 - $35 public / $30 club member
- July 1 to August 31 - $45 public / $40 club member
- September 1 (day of ride) - $55 public / $50 club member
Event T-shirts ordered by August 10 will be available at the start of the ride.
