Club members organize and lead bike tours in the United States and abroad. I've been to France with the club more than several times (Massif Central, Pyrenees several times, Alps several times, Provence, other areas), Switzerland four times, Spain three-four times, and southwestern England). This week, my sweetheart, Mark, is driving the luggage van for a BAC ride in the Black Hills; he took his bike along and rides part of the the route backwards after dropping off the luggage at the hotel for the night.
Members organize and lead the rides, most people bring their own bikes although some arrange rentals for themselves, and the lodging ranges from standard to luxurious. One trip in the Massif Central started and ended at the lovely Chateau de Drudas, but we had so much fun when we bunked in a remote hostel for people and donkeys who were following the route of Robert Louis Stevenson's "Travels with a donkey in the Cevennes."

Michael:
Offers a menu of more than 20 domestic and more than 20 overseas tours every year.  For exotic destinations such as Vietnam, it partners with trusted commercial operators, who are closely monitored by the club member who leads the tour.  Although many tours are in the lower ratings (easy) an increasing number of tours are difficult to challenging.  Accommodations are chosen by ride leaders and almost always are hotels and motels.

Check out their website for a complete list of current and future planned tours. Some destinations include Black Hills, Durango, Palm Springs, Colorado San Juan Skyway loop, Portugal, Innsbruck to Venice, Bhutan, Chile, and China.

They do several week long tours including a Pyrenean Traverse and a Dolomites tour. They do a great job of organizing and sagging. The Pyrenees are a feature of the Tour De France so are challenging but scenic. Small groups so personal service. Excellent bike workspace and storage facilities. If you choose to stay at their place, Julie is an excellent cook and makes great meals.

They have a 'casual' level and "premiere". The premiere has been 5 star luxury, the casual more 3-4 star accommodation. They have multi sport adventures (which include biking) and other excursions including culture and art, but the primary focus is biking.
