BCETS Orientation Social Follow Up - DexaFit Fitness Testing  DEXAFIT

Thanks to all the new and past BCETS riders for coming to the Orientation social! If you weren't able to join us, you can view the presentation here. The DexaFit program presented at the Orientation meeting is now ready for purchase and appointment scheduling. For program details and how to get started, select BCETS/ *NEW: DexaFit Testing


The first BCETS ride is Saturday March 1 and Includes an Oregon Firefly Cafe social stop. A coffee/bakery item will be paid for by BBC. Select here for details and route.

We have an extensive outdoor Ride Schedule from Apr-Nov on Thu evenings, Sat, Sun and Mon mornings. All Routes are available on Ride With GPS. The Ride Info page provides an overview of BBC rides and is a good place to start for new members.

Guests and visitors are welcome, just show up at a ride and sign our waiver. If you're considering joining the Club, feel free to ride as a guest first. You have Insurance cover with the League of American Bicyclists for your first club ride only.
BCETS
A 15 week series of early season training rides preparing riders for hilly endurance events such as The Horribly Hilly Hundreds in June, Ride Across Wisconsin, IRONMAN Wisconsin or Dairyland Dare. It is also excellent training if you just want to improve your climbing skills, endurance and overall fitness.

ZWIFT


We have Zwift rides from the end of Nov to mid March on Wednesday at 6pm, Saturday and Sundays at 9am. It's a great way to maintain fitness over the winter and to stay in touch with BBC riders. If you're planning on doing the BCETS ride series, early season Zwift rides are a great way to get ready. Zwift Schedule:
  • Wed 6 pm, 1 hr. Keep Together enabled
  • Sat 9 am, 1 hr. Keep Together enabled
  • Sun 9 am, 1-1.5 hr. Keep Together disabled. Hilliness increases each week
